superfeet insoles

The Superfeet insoles Company has made ordinary shoe soles extraordinary. Brown and his partner, Christopher Smith, DPM, formed the Superfit Company in 1977 to bring finer and more functional full insoles to the masses at an affordable price.

Who is the Superfit Insole for?

If you have severe foot pain such as plantar fasciitis, heel pain, or shin splints, you will benefit greatly from Superfeet insoles. Superfeet will dramatically improve the fit and feel of your shoes, making you feel comfortable and relaxed while wearing them. Additionally, Superfeet insoles are a great choice if you have high arches. Many people consider using Superfit insoles for knee pain relief, as they help keep the knee straight and in the correct position while walking, jogging, or running, significantly reducing pain and discomfort. They also provide relief from conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and pain in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back. Superfit insoles have a reputation for reducing the risk of injury from walking and other activities.
How long do Superfit insoles last?
A pair of Superfit insoles provides comfort and support for up to 12 months or 500 miles of walking. However, your usage will affect how long the insoles last. Normal use can prolong the life of the insole, while frequent use, such as in sports activities, can shorten its life.

How to clean Superfit insoles

If dirt builds up on your insoles, washing them will prolong the life and performance of the insoles. You can easily hand wash Superfit insoles:

  • Take a soft-bristled brush or a toothbrush.
  • Scrub the excess dirt with the brush, focusing on areas like the heels and front of the feet.
  • Wash it off with water (warm water works best).
  • Wipe off excess water with a dry cloth and allow to air dry.

Caution: Avoid machine washing and drying on high heat, as this will damage your insole.

Different color performance of Superfit insoles

The Superfit company makes insoles in different colors like blue, green, orange, black, etc., each serving a different purpose:

  • Blue Insoles: Blue insoles are made for all types of tight-fitting shoes with a moderate arch. They provide more comfort for people with flat feet. Blue insoles are best for athletic shoes, boots, and those who want a little extra support in casual and dress shoes.
  • Green Insoles: The green insole is the most popular Superfit insole, recommended for maximum shock absorption and support. It is ultra-lightweight, moisture-resistant, reduces shock, and increases overall comfort, providing long-lasting protection against odor-causing bacteria. Many people prefer thinner insoles, and the Superfit green insoles are the best for this purpose, with a forefoot thickness of 4.15 mm, heel thickness of 7 mm, and a weight of 1.7 oz.
  • Black Insoles: These work best with shoes with removable insoles, providing comfort, reliability, and premium-quality support, especially effective in relieving plantar fasciitis pain.
  • Orange Insoles: Specifically designed to address the unique problems of men’s feet and shoes, providing maximum rear foot support and added comfort to prevent heel pain for those who walk, run, or stand for long periods. The orange insole has an arch height of 30 mm, a forefoot thickness of 4 mm, and a heel thickness of 8 mm.
  • You can choose any of the above-mentioned Superfit insoles, keeping your needs and activities in mind. It is important to note that black insoles are designed for low-impact activities like standing, walking, golfing, and similar activities. However, because of their three-layer foam construction, they can cause potential discomfort due to heating inside the shoe, and their thickness can cause fitting problems after feet swell from high-impact activities. Additionally, their abrasion-resistant properties may not work well during high-impact operations.
